I to have been scammed by Soliviah a Titanium divers watch was bought but never delivered instead a cheap watch arived that was not fit for purpose. When reporting the case to Soliviah they did not want the watch back but ordered me to accept a £4 refund and keep the watch various e-mails have transpired and now I am up to £12 but with no intention of supplying the watch although it still being advertised.
PayPal has got involved but they are useless for they want me to do is send the watch back to china and no chance of the item reaching the destination. This would be throwing money away.
Do Not Use This Site
Yes we ordered Salomon shoes – being stupid, I thought they were old stock or something. They were horrible quality and cost £126. I thought too that having bought them through Shopify it made a difference, but unlike Amazon they absolve themselves of any responsibility.
Their email address dosent work at all. Ive tried both [email protected] and [email protected]
Ive ordered Salomon shoes and Ive received something which only looks like Salomon…
Not possible to contact them at all to complain or ask for a refund.
