Total scam, bait and switch. Thought I was ordering a decanter but they only sent me one glass. For $20.
That is what happened to me! I went to their website and saw they have a 100% money back guarantee, 100% satisfaction guarantee and a 100% risk free purchase so I requested a refund stating I was unhappy with the quality of the glass. After jumping through their hoops, I received a canned response that had nothing to do with my original complaint. My emails from that point on were returned as if they blocked my email or something. I then filed a dispute with PayPal only to get no where. This is so frustrating!
Total scam. Bait and switch. I thought I was ordering a decanter. One month later, I got one glass. For $20. Rippoff.
Ordered Glass bat and 4 glasses. Took 39 days to get and only received 1 glass nothing else.
I ordered the decantuer and glasses set , 3 of them! all I got was 3 glasses, no way to contact them!!!!!
