What We Found about tesyhnet.com!

  1. Their website uses https security – this means that information like passwords and credit card numbers, when sent to their site, is kept private.
  2. When we scanned their site on ScamDoc (a website analysis platform), it returned a very bad trust score of 1%. This means that their site can’t be trusted because no identifying information of the owner is tied to the domain name, and their creation date is very recent, so there is no past timeline through which we can measure their authenticity.
  3. From reports found on the internet, so far, no positive reviews have been made on tesyhnet.com. Usually, authentic positive reviews are a sign that an online store is reliable.
  4. In the course of our research, we noticed that the affordability of their products serves as bait to attract unsuspecting buyers. This is common among scam online stores.
  5. They have no phone number and no return address. Looks like a red flag to me.

This is what a customer had to say:

“I ordered something from them & never got it. Yahoo shouldn’t allow this site to be advertised since it’s a fraud. The shop app that you should be able to track orders doesn’t do anything. I sent an email to them and got a very badly written form letter back.”

Verdict!

Tesyhnet.com is an untrustworthy online store, like Shopyzaz, Scarfiv, Matastore, and, therefore, not recommended for use. If you buy from them, you stand the risk of losing your money but getting no product in return.

There are many untrustworthy online stores on the internet promising to sell top-notch products but at heavily discounted rates.

It is common to come across these e-commerce stores offering good looking products at appetizing prices. But, in the end, such stores usually turn out to be fraudulent.

Most people attracted by these “too good to be true” prices from these online stores have bought goods of their liking but received something different from what they had ordered, and of poor quality.

Worse, some have placed orders with full payment yet received nothing but silence from the online vendors. You do not have to become one of them to learn from their experience.

It is unfair to fall victim to these fraudsters and lose the money you earned from honest work. Fact-checking should be a priority before you buy anything from an online vendor.

If you’ve shopped from this store, or attempted to do so, kindly share your experience with us in the comment section.

  1. Can you provide instructions for consumers like myself to help prevent people from shopping at fraudulent sites? Luckily, I found this website before I got scammed! Thank you!

    1. I got scammed, there’s no way to get in touch with them. I can’t track my order, I tried emailing them, I never got an email back from them.

  2. My mom reached out to them and received a robo call back from them at 1am in the morning. She called me, I researched them & found out they’re not legit.

  3. Healthcare Wanchai Hk that is what it said on my bank statement and had a .23 over the border fee!! 10 days waiting so far now they are saying 8 more and their fake address went from GA to FL…..imagine that!

  4. unreliable and virtually impossible to contact, no shipment tracking and no product; was referred by friend who got his one mask but so far not a word for 2 weeks and no messages responses

  5. I ordered from this company on July 2 2020. I emailed them on Saturday July 18 2020 to find out what the holdup was on the order. No response. I emailed them again on Wednesday July 22 2020. Again no response. Thankfully I had paid through PayPal so I went the through PayPal’s system this time to contact them and I finally received a response. It took me having to have documentation through PayPal before they responded. They claimed that they issued a refund. I’m pretty sure if I’d not gone through PayPal I would have never gotten a response back and would have not gotten my money back. Total scam.

    1. they are outright thieves with not an honest bone in their bodies.
I think they are a Chinese group working out of Hong Kong or maybe even mainland China. i have been going back and forth with them for over two weeks and am amazed that they will continue with lies
after lie. in one email they claimed “force Majeure” for the ‘delay’ delivering their goods. i will say they have the guts of a true con artist. buy from them at your peril

  6. I ordered masks from them the first part of July and never received them. I threatened to dispute this transaction with my cc company now I have the USPS number stating they will arrive Saturday but will they be worth using? I looked up the charge on my credit card and it states Healthcare Wan Chai. Wan Chai is somewhere in Hong Kong. I should have known better.

  7. I ordered from Tesyhnet and after 2 weeks received a tracking number that did not work. I finally found their email contact and they did respond right away and found my package. Now, its been 5 weeks exactly and I have my $45 order of 4 face masks that in NO WAY live up to the quality of the mask shown on a website. These are cheap and flimsy. I had to google search for a place to rate/complain because the website has no such section which leads me to believe that all the revues on the site are FALSE.

  8. I am going to be the exception. Yes, it took longer during this pandemic to receive my masks from China. (Placed order 7/18 and rec’d 8/10 and I would also definitely agree using Paypal as a go-between may be a good idea when buying overseas. ) But I really like the masks that arrived and am actually thinking about ordering a couple more! I just have to remember it takes about a month to get them….

  9. I too have purchased masks from this company on July 11. 2020 and got the run-around when asked where they are. I attempted to cancel my order on Aug. 4 and was told that they had already been sent and delivered. This was not true! After numerous messages to them, they finally advised me to look around my door and mailbox again and if I couldn’t find it, to contact the post office which I did. They have to answer for me as if yet. The company is a total fraud and I am out $30.00 now. Something needs to be done to stop scammers like this. Hopefully telling others if my bad experience will keep someone else from getting scammed.

  10. I came hear to complain but after reading the other reviews I have to say my experience is better than most other respondents. My issue is with the very long delivery time (ordered 7/9, received 8/15), however, when I emailed them about the order the response was less than 24 hours. I would say the quality of the masks is average -not the best but not horrible. I wouldn’t say they are a scam site but they are a typical Chinese knock off vendor. I wouldn’t buy from them again due to the long delivery times for direct from China imports.
