How Does kindliley.com Work?

Kindliley claims to sell top quality products at very affordable rates on their online store, but should you trust them? In the course of our research, we noticed that the affordability of their products serves as bait to attract unsuspecting buyers. This is common among scam online stores.

Kindliley.com uses a very neat and well-designed website layout, giving it a convincing feel. But this should not deceive you into believing Kindliley.com is legit because most of these scam online stores go the extra mile to appear trustworthy.

Kindliley accepts payments made through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.

What We Found About kindliley.com!

Following the coronavirus outbreak, people have, due to the lockdown in cities, resorted to online stores for most things they need to buy. Fraudsters have taken to this opportunity to open up fraudulent websites where they steal money from unsuspecting buyers. We have taken the responsibility to carry out reviews on sites like Kindliley and expose their fraudulent schemes.

From reports found on the internet, no positive reviews have been made on kindliley.com. Usually, authentic positive reviews are a sign that an online store is reliable. Kindliley.com, after passing through a series of tests, shows it is less than six months old and, therefore, should not be trusted.

Their website uses https security – this means that information like passwords and credit card numbers, when sent to their site, is kept private. But this is not an assurance that the people behind the platform won’t tamper with your details.

The other things which we found out about Kindliley which made us believe kindliley.com is a fake online store are:

Reachability

  • Kindliley has no social media presence. Trustworthy stores use social media as a means to advertise their wares and also connect to their customers. They even listen to and resolve customers’ complaints through their social media handles.
  • The contact information provided on their website is not reliable; searching the address on Google Maps, you would see that it does not belong to any store. The building there looks more like a residential place.
  • Due to the anonymity of the owners of the store, there is zero accountability, and no one to charge should you be scammed. The absence of a real face to account for the operations of the store is a big red flag.

Reviews

  • The products sampled on kindliley.com are without customer reviews which is a bad sign. Reliable online stores like Amazon usually carry customer reviews, both positive and negative, on the products sampled on their store.
  • When we scanned their site on ScamDoc (a website analysis platform), it returned a very bad trust score of 2%. This means that their site can’t be trusted because no identifying information of the owner is tied to the domain name. And since their creation date is very recent, there is no past timeline through which we can measure their authenticity.

Content

  • The contents used on their webpages were copied from other sources, as we have, times without number, encountered the use of same contents in other fraudulent online stores.
  • There is no tracking system available on their website to monitor the progress of the ordered products.

Verdict!

Kindliley.com, like Tesyhnet, is an untrustworthy online store, and, therefore, not recommended for use. If you shop from them, you stand the risk of losing your money but getting no product in return. Protect yourself from swindlers.

There are many untrustworthy online stores on the internet promising to sell top-notch products but at heavily discounted rates.

It is common to come across these e-commerce stores offering good looking products at appetizing prices. But, in the end, such stores usually turn out to be fraudulent.

Most people attracted by these “too good to be true” prices from these online stores have bought goods of their liking but received something different from what they had ordered, and of poor quality.

Worse, some have placed orders with full payment yet received nothing but silence from the online vendors. You do not have to become one of them to learn from their experience.

It is unfair to fall victim to these fraudsters and lose the money you earned from honest work. Fact-checking should be a priority before you buy anything from an online vendor.

If you’ve shopped from this store, or attempted to do so, kindly share your experience with us in the comment section.

  1. I agree 100%. Ordered a Yellowstone Vest and received a cheap knockoff 2 sizes too small. After 3 weeks of emailing customer support i recieved a poor attempt at english to explain that i should keep and they will give me $5 off on my next order. A week later, and several emails back and forth they offered to issue a RMA. Conditions were insured express delivery to a China address. Postage, insurance and the likelihood i would be throwing good money after bad.

  2. I too ordered from this store. The product I received was not what I ordered and the material was cheap. I e-mailed them inquiring about how to return it and they responded stating they could not find my order and requested I send them my order number along with payment confirmation. I e-mail that information and got no response. They also said do not return to the address on the mailing label! Tried to call, no luck. They need to be reported to the BBB. Definitely a scam!

    1. Similar experience. I reported them to the FTC today and encourage others to do the same. FTC has an easy online reporting system. Did it from my phone.

    2. same happened to me, So then I tried to go through the resolution with PayPal but denied my claim stating they found no significant difference from the item as described and the item they were selling. it infuriates me, money wasted

  3. I just received my Yellowstone clothes today. What a scam! The fabric is cheap and the products not well made. Money down the drain. Leason learn. Never shop a website without checking them out first.

  4. Kindliley is definitely a scam web-site even when you do get their product it is not what they displayed. Extremely cheap made in China dollar store garbage. Example: black Yellow Stone (like the television show) blouse priced at $21.99 comes printed Yello Stone. They are intentionally scamming people and should be prosecuted to the full us extent of the law.

  5. This is the worst online store ever!!!! Do not buy from the, clothes is cheap and if you want to return anything you never will. Iv been waiting for three weeks now for someone to get back to me. 5 emails to customer service and this is still not resolved. !, Know one will answer and no one will send emails. Sry disappointed in the way this company handles there business!

  6. I ordered for items from this place without checking here first. After placing my order, I wanted to cancel, but they said they just shipped and gave me tracking number. I received my items but need to return two items. Have been getting the runaround and now they don’t respond at all. Frustrating!

  7. As expected, these are items are cheaply made, and very small. I received my item and a button was missing. I have contacted customer service via email (cannot find a phone number anywhere). They take a day+ to respond each time, and ask for the same things – pictures of the item and the packaging, which I have sent 3 times. Now they are telling me it’s been over 15 days, so they can process a refund unless there’s a quality issue. THERE IS A QUALITY ISSUE.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

  8. They are a complete scam! I ordered a Yellowstone jacket for my boyfriend and it came 4 weeks later and was a SHIRT. I paid $54 for a JACKET and got a thin BUTTON DOWN SHIRT!! I am so angry. “Customer Service is offering an $8.00 store credit. I reported them to the BBB but I’m doubting I’ll get a full refund.

  9. POOR QUALITY, SLOW SHIP, TRIED TO CONTACT THEM WITH NO SUCCESS! PRETTY SNEAKY IF YOU ASK ME… THEY KNOW THEY HAVE JUNK SO MAKE IT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THEM.. NEVER AGAIN…

  10. I didnt see this page before I purchased products. The products they send are not the same as what you see. Also, They wont give you a return address. They insist on pictures then waste your time trying to get you to change your mind and keep because the return price is a lot and they may not be able to resale, even when they constantly say they are backorder. Customer service is umprofessional…WARNING DONT BUY FROM THEM

  11. JUNK. Not a USA company. Ships from China. Clothes are cheap and too small. NO WAY TO RETURN unless you want to pay for return postage to China, IF you’re lucky enough to get them to respond to your emails. I filed a report with PAYPAL but they didn’t help.

  12. Without checking first, I too ordered items from Yellowstone. Received the items with the names spelled wrong. No reply to returns or money back….Be Ware of this site

  13. I just received the package with 3 items from Kindliley – the worst crap ever. I had ordered a sweater, a poncho, a shawl blanket and a southwest blanket. The fabric is cheep crap not as per the photographs on the website. it took over month to get the crap and I still have not received the blanket I ordered but that too is probably crap too. What a waste of my money. I usually do not complain about what I have purchased on line but this stuff is so bad. Too bad the Yellowstone brand is being used this way – it is a tarnish on the good name of the fantastic tv show. The show runners should sue this company.

  14. before ordering I checked to see where items were shipped from, was told from USA, I ordered 6 items, all Yellowstone related (5 were clothing) of those 5 only 2 fit properly. 3 were at least 3 sizes too small, I emailed numerous times asking about exchanges or returns on 2 of the items, I never heard anything. I paid thru PayPal and started a dispute, after many emails I was finally able t get an address to return items… return address was in china! it was going to cost over $27 to return!! so I’ve decided to keep those as well. they offered $18gift card which is pretty much worth 0because I will not be ordering from them ever!! I might add I ordered form them through Facebook, wish Facebook would invest in providing a page that people who’ve been scammed by companies who advertised on FB can post so other people can be warned!!

  15. I ordered a top and a maxi dress in ‘cotton mix’ both products received were 100% viscose top was true to size dress is about 4 sizes too small although they do look like the picture. I have been caught out before so know if I try and return it it will cost the value of the item to return it. I paid £40 for both so I’m not too upset. I ordered a pull on bra from a similar website and wanted to order another but the website had gone It’s almost like they have pop up websites ( like we have pop up shops that are just there to fill an empty shop space until it’s rented out again)
