How Does cardieo.com Work?

Cardieo claims to sell top quality products at very affordable rates on their online store, but should you trust them? In the course of our research, we noticed that the affordability of their products serves as bait to attract unsuspecting buyers. This is common among scam online stores.

Cardieo.com uses a very neat and well-designed website layout, giving it a convincing feel. But this should not deceive you into believing Cardieo.com is legit because most of these scam online stores go the extra mile to appear trustworthy.

Cardieo accepts payments made through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.

What We Found About cardieo.com!

Following the coronavirus outbreak, people have, due to the lockdown in cities, resorted to online stores for most things they need to buy. Fraudsters have taken to this opportunity to open up fraudulent websites where they steal money from unsuspecting buyers. We have taken the responsibility to carry out reviews on sites like Cardieo and expose their fraudulent schemes.

From reports found on the internet, no positive reviews have been made on cardieo.com. Usually, authentic positive reviews are a sign that an online store is reliable. Cardieo.com, after passing through a series of tests, shows it is less than six months old and, therefore, should not be trusted.

Their website uses https security – this means that information like passwords and credit card numbers, when sent to their site, is kept private. But this is not an assurance that the people behind the platform won’t tamper with your details.

The other things which we found out about Cardieo which made us believe cardieo.com is a fake online store are:

  • They have no social media presence. Trustworthy stores use social media as a means to advertise their wares and also connect to their customers. They even listen to and resolve customers’ complaints through their social media handles.
  • When we scanned their site on ScamDoc (a website analysis platform), it returned a very bad trust score of 1%. This means that their site can’t be trusted because no identifying information of the owner is tied to the domain name. And since their creation date is very recent, there is no past timeline through which we can measure their authenticity.
  • The products sampled on cardieo.com are without customer reviews which is a bad sign. Reliable online stores like Amazon usually carry customer reviews, both positive and negative, on the products sampled on their store.
  • There is no tracking system available on their website to monitor the progress of the ordered products.
  • Due to the anonymity of the owners of the store, there is zero accountability, and no one to charge should you be scammed. The absence of a real face to account for the operations of the store is a big red flag.

Verdict!

Cardieo.com, like Tesyhnet, is an untrustworthy online store, and, therefore, not recommended for use. If you shop from them, you stand the risk of losing your money but getting no product in return. Protect yourself from swindlers.

There are many untrustworthy online stores on the internet promising to sell top-notch products but at heavily discounted rates.

It is common to come across these e-commerce stores offering good looking products at appetizing prices. But, in the end, such stores usually turn out to be fraudulent.

Most people attracted by these “too good to be true” prices from these online stores have bought goods of their liking but received something different from what they had ordered, and of poor quality.

Worse, some have placed orders with full payment yet received nothing but silence from the online vendors. You do not have to become one of them to learn from their experience.

It is unfair to fall victim to these fraudsters and lose the money you earned from honest work. Fact-checking should be a priority before you buy anything from an online vendor.

If you’ve shopped from this store, or attempted to do so, kindly share your experience with us in the comment section.

  1. I purchased a watch from them. The wrong model showed up. They sent a second one as well but it did not have the features advertised. I sent it back, lost 10.00 on shipping and I am awaiting my refund. DO NOT BUY!!

  2. I just received my Cardieo watch. No problem. I do not believe it is a scam. It took a couple of weeks to arrive, and I got what I ordered for the price I was quoted. I have been using Fitbit since 2016 and the Cardieo has more features and a larger face which operates much like an Apple watch. I can’t say if it is better or worse because I have never owned an Apple watch, but this is much cheaper than the Apple and the Fitbit Charge 3. This is only day one for me with the Cardieo so I have to see how it holds up over time.

  3. I ordered the 5 watches deal for my family with optional colored interchangeable wrist bands & warranty. All arrived on time and came as advertised. So far we are happy with the product and price. Not a scam for once!

  4. I ordered Cardieo smart watch 3 weeks ago and I don’t received nothing I call them and they give me a USPS Tracking number IT IS real but USPS tracking said it is on AWAITING ITEM since December 18 again it doesn’t move. This is very weird something happen I’m going to call them to cancel the order and return my money or call my bank. It Supose to arrive for Christmas.
I recomend don’t buy CARDIEO smart watch it is fake

    1. Ordered 12/16, shipping notification 12/28, but didn’t move until 1/4. Arrived 1/9, but only 1 of 2 which i knew on 12/28 after a call to Customer Service. Told 2nd would ship within days.

Well on 1/15 (within the 30 days) I received 2nd shipping notification, literally 3 minutes before I was going to call, to cancel and return the 1st one. USPS says it will arrive 1/21. I doubt it will work any better. Fortunately, when the original order was screwed up I got another 30+% off, which at this point just reduces my loss.

Looks like Apple, works worse than Timex, and BTW they’re way too big for women.

      1. The watch works great! However the watch band is a joke. I cannot get the bands to stay on in order to wear it. I have small wrists and this absolutely stupidly designed band makes the well working watch useless for me. Because of their obscure web site I had to start researching who are they and how do I return the watch. All of this searching brought me right here to this sad but true site.

  5. A LOT of the photos on their website of the watch are actually the Apple Watch, NOT theirs. Google it, it takes 10 secs to find this out.

This is just a plain scam and I have reported them to my bank for a cancellation of the transaction & a refund request.

  6. I received my Cardieo this afternoon. The box has printed on it ‘Designed in USA by Cardieo. Made in China.
First – the instructions are appalling. The pictures of the dial in the adverts are not available on the watch. The pulse counter bears no relationship to my actual pulse rate. I can get almost none of the apps to work. Many of the apps are games (I think) but no instructions on how to play them.
I could go on for ages. It’s a cheap watch, worth maybe £10, but non more.

  7. Purchased two of these over Christmas, arrived fine took around 2 weeks but with Covid I wasn’t expecting the 2-5 days that was given, although tracking from usdp wasnt reporting the tracking number on their site. Set up the cardieo watches, had to charge up first, also download app fitpro all fine. Had had issues with the app, which has issues with message boxes that appear on phone screen, not able to see prompts for all options, so could only see cancel not the ok for reset option. Did have issue with connecting also, had to Bluetooth first to phone and not through the app again only because of the message box wasn’t able to see the ok option… Product has been working fine, you can you without connecting to phone if you wish, but when connected though app allows for far more functions to be used and captured to phone. Can also see messages and make and receive phone calls via the smartwatch, doesn’t appear to allow messages to be sent, but used as a good reminder. Been able to monitor steps and exercise routines… You can cheat by just shaking wrist but you can do this with phone and with all devices I have found, so allow for some step gain and exercise inaccuracies due to this, but I guess you only cheat yourself .. not been able to register any sleep status at present… Will test over the coming nights to come…. Value for money very pleased with product, not sure if it is waterproof, because of mic and speaker, it might not be, maybe ok getting caught in the rain, but wouldn’t wish to wear in shower or bath, so definitely not for swimming – note haven’t seen an app on watch for swimming function anyhow…. This product is real, it does work to a degree in quite sure it’s not 100% perfect, possible upgrades might help if they happen, the phone app fitpro does have a function for this, but might not ever be used or programmed so will not hold my breath. But as a cheap smartwatch it works very well and does have good functional and operating options which I’m very happy with…. even just as a watch and allowing me to make and receive phone call from is worth the money I believe…. So all that I discovery and use is a bonus, this product is real and not a scam, I’m a happy user of the cardieo smartwatch, pleased with the purchase…. Was hoping for a golf function but sorry to report not found as a function for it…

    1. Only function that’s right is the clock, and it will answer calls, although speaker & mic are a little scratchy. Heart rate as much as 40 bpm high at rest, and 25 low when exercising. BP always low.. Step count is all over the place 500 to 5500 on similar days. The log has steps for days next week? Sleep tracker was hard to question, until it had me in bed 4 hrs. earlier than actual, and up 2 hrs. early. Battery life good, 7 days & going, but it has said 1/4 charge since day 3. Screen is clear & bright.

Live & learn, but I would never buy an Apple product, especially a $400 watch. Cheap lesson to learn that i can live without a fitness watch.

  8. Hi, Don’t buy a Cardieo watch. It is not easy to navigate the app or the watch. The heart rate is wildly out as it is easy to check your real rate. It over read my rate by 60%. The distance tracker is untrustworthy. It claimed to be waterproof but the manual says don’t swim or bathe in it.
Even worse, it is impossible to return the stupid thing for a refund. Website is inactive!
    DON’T BUY THIS USELESS THING?
    .

  9. Just received mine yesterday after waiting since early December 2020. Looks bulky and cheap like the $10 watch I am using. Could not find LH728 on my iPhone 11. The watch works with some well audio Bluetooth device. So I can not record my exercise on my iPhone. Fitbit works fine for my cheap watch but not Cardeio. Frustrating.

  10. I bought two Cardieo watches. When I opened one of the packages and looked at the watch I noticed it was no an OLED display as stated on the advertising material. It also does not have GPS – again as stated on the marketing data. The watch is basically a cheap rip off of the Apple watch.
I called Cardieo to complain and was told to send it to an address in London for a full refund. I was asked for a tracking number which I supplied. The watch was returned saying the address was ‘undeliverable’. I contacted Cardieo again several times and they promised to reimburse me. No money was received.
I then received an email asking me to ship it to an address in Houston TX. I ignored it and informed the company I would seek redress through my Bank. A week and a half later I received a full refund but no compensation for the registered delivery to the false address they gave me.
Avoid them as this is a SCAM. They sell this product through plausible but misleading marketing data and videos. Anyone who says they are satisfied with the product obviously does not know the difference between OLED and LED and has not tried to use the GPS function.

  11. Well I guess it depends on your definition of a scam. When the first Cardieo arrived it was DOA. Customer Service jacked me around a little, but ultimately I did receive a second Cardieo that does work as a watch. Their website definitely over hypes this device. Heart rate is always about 72 bpm, my actual as measured by my very accurate blood pressure cuff is 52. Blood pressure measurement is totally bogus, always low. Blood oxygen saturation is always high, 99%. Sleep information is useless as it is on my Fitbit although my Fitbit is pretty good at tracking when I go to bed and when I wake up. The watch function does keep correct time and the weather information seems okay. I look at it as being a $40 digital watch.

  12. Piece of CRAP! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Claims to be a super watch but in fact is a piece of crap. Has NO GPS despite claims to have. It has NO OLED display. Is not waterproof as claimed. You can’t take even a shower with it. Screen size is not as claimed, is way way smaller.
On all their advertising the manufacturers definitely used an apple watch as their product is no good even for kids.
    Avoid buying to avoid disappointment.
