How Does worterris.com Work?

Worterris claims to sell top quality products at very affordable rates on their online store, but should you trust them? In the course of our research, we noticed that the affordability of their products serves as bait to attract unsuspecting buyers.

Worterris.com uses a very neat and well-designed website layout, giving it a convincing feel. But this should not deceive you into believing worterris.com is legit because most of these fraudsters go the extra mile to appear trustworthy. What We Found about worterris.com!

Following the coronavirus outbreak, people have, due to the lockdown in cities, resorted to online stores for most things they need to buy. Fraudsters have taken to this opportunity to open up fraudulent websites where they steal money from unsuspecting buyers. We have taken the responsibility to carry out reviews on sites like Worterris and expose their fraudulent schemes.

From reports found on the internet, no positive reviews have been made on worterris.com. Their website, after passing through a series of tests, shows it is less than six months old and, therefore, should not be trusted.

The contents used on their webpages were copied from other sources, as we have, times without number, encountered the use of same contents in other fraudulent online stores. The other things which we found out about Worterris which made us believe worterris.com is a fake online store are:

  • The products sampled on worterris.com are without customer reviews which is a bad sign.
  • There is no tracking system available on their website to monitor the progress of the ordered products.
  • We found no information on the company or the people behind Worterris.
  • The owner of the domain name, worterris.com, is hidden because fraudsters fear to show their faces.
  • They have no social media accounts in this age where all valid businesses have a social media handle.

Verdict!

Worterris.com is an untrustworthy online store, like Shopyzaz, Scarfiv, Matastore, Theparisqueen, Fashinning, and, therefore, not recommended for use. They may be after your card details which they can use to hack into your bank account and steal from you. If you buy from them, you stand the risk of losing your money but getting no product in return. Protect yourself from swindlers.

There are many untrustworthy online stores on the internet promising to sell top-notch products but at heavily discounted rates. It is common to come across these e-commerce stores offering good looking products at appetizing prices. But, in the end, such stores usually turn out to be fraudulent.

Most people attracted by these “too good to be true” prices from these online stores have bought goods of their liking but received something different from what they had ordered, and of poor quality. Worse, some have placed orders with full payment yet received nothing but silence from the online vendors. You do not have to become one of them to learn from their experience.

It is unfair to fall victim to these fraudsters and lose the money you earned from honest work. Fact-checking should be a priority before you buy anything from an online vendor. If you’ve shopped from this store, or attempted to do so, kindly share your experience with us in the comment section.

  1. DO NOT TRUST WORTERRIS. They will give you a huge run around that I am now experiencing if you try to ask any questions or request a refund of any sort. THEY ARE A SCAM<!

  2. I am having a terrible time. At first, I thought the replies to my emails were issues with non-English speaking customer service. Today, the response felt more like someone was messing with me. Every email I send is met with a standard answer that doesn’t even make sense with my question. Now, they are less standard, but just avoiding any resolution. I started to look further into this and I am going to attempt to cancel my order. Unfortunately, this was a birthday present, so I used my parents’ credit card. She often asks me to do the actual ordering, using her card, to make it easier. Has anyone had issues with identity theft in relation to this? I do not want to put them at risk. I typically look into things before I order, but for some reason, I just went ahead with this one. I regret it!

  3. Agree with other comments. HUGE SCAM. They are false advertising on their website. What you get will be nothing like what is pictured online. And their customer service is terrible. They will send the same blanket email every time not even answering what you asked or apologizing for their mistake and trying to fix it

  4. They have also ripped me off. Sent me a completely different (cheaper) product, and have given me a run-around for almost 2 weeks trying to reimburse me %10-15 of the purchase price to simply keep the wrong product (and they won’t give me a return shipping address for the return).

  5. Worterris is DEFINITELY a scam! Made the mistake of ordering without searching reviews first. Emailed to cancel within 24 hours. Got the run-around but no clear answers. “Too late to cancel” but could not get tracking information for a long time. Meanwhile I closed that credit card, and disputed the charge (thankfully got a full and permanent refund). Product arrived 6 WEEKS after order and it was obviously a bait-and-switch: the product received was NOTHING like the advertised pictures or description = a much cheaper product.

  6. worterris is a total scam!
they advertized directly to my instagram a camping chair product that i wanted. What they sent was total crap, and they said they would not refund beause it served the same function. I will not stop here, Worterris, you’re going down.

  7. Worterris is a total scam. I too fell victim to the Instagram ad for the luxury camping chair. What I got was nothing like what was advertised. I am disputing through PayPal, but I am not going to hold my breath.

    1. I did the exact same thing and am disputing through PayPal. I hope PayPal has received more complaints and decide in our favor. I bought two chairs – over $130.00!!!

    2. PayPal finally got the company to agree to refund my money but it’s going to cost $124 to return the product and I have to pay to return it.

  8. Worterris is a complete scam. They sent me the wrong product worth a third of the price I paid and they refuse to take it back.

  9. My experience purchasing from Worterris was awful!!
I ordered 2 “Recliner Luxury Chairs” from their website, both of which were advertised to have a head rest, a cup holder and a pocket for your iPad/iPhone. I spent $129 for both chairs. I was sent 2 COMPLETELY different chairs. Both chairs were so small, my children could not sit comfortably in them, nor did they swing, recline, have a cup holder or an extra pocket.

I contacted customer service, for Worterris, and got no where. Automated responses, with none of my questions answered. I sent pics of what I ordered, and what I received, and they tried to tell me the product was the same, which was insane. Come to find out, they were intentionally false advertising on their website, and on Instagram. The chair that they claimed to have, and that I thought I was purchasing, was not even their chair. It is a Star Gazer chair. They must have stole the picture of the product, from another website.

I exchanged 40+ emails with customer service, repeatedly asking for a refund, or for the correct chairs to be sent to me. When it was apparent that they were not going to do either (and actually do not even possess the chairs I purchased), I ask for the contact information for a manager, or the CEO of Worterris, simply to let them know how their customers are being treated. This information was never provided, and I was consistently ignored. None of my questions were answered.

The chairs that they did send to me, are from China, therefore, to return them would have cost approx. $120 as well. Again, after 40+ emails, I was able to get a 50% refund, and now, have to keep the chairs that even my children cannot sit comfortably in.
VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Worterris company is a complete SCAM!

  10. This company is a scam. I bought what I thought were very nice chairs for camping and what I received were 2 chairs not anything like I ordered. They would not provide me an address to rerun them, for $20 shipping that I would have to pay. The best they “could” do is offer me a 35% refund! And then they turned around and offered me the chairs I ordered at a 50% discount. And wanted a positive review for my experience! Ha! It’ll be a cold day before I give them a positive review! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

  11. What an experience! I thought I had done the research and could trust the company (my bad) but that is not true. I foolishly made a purchase and it took two months to arrive and when it came, it was not the product that I ordered. There were no labels or contact information on the package. I thought I was safe because I purchase through PayPal so I opened a dispute. PayPay Notified me that I could get my money back if I return the product. It was a $66 product and it cost $43 to return. To make it worse there’s literally no reflection of that company name anywhere other than in their ads. Everything else had individuals names, The PayPal receipt was Christine Bill, So yeah, I think they’re a scam

  12. I was scammed by WORTERRIS with Facebook promoting this company and Paypal being happy to side with them in a dispute opened telling them a completely inferior, incorrect product was received. After searching and finding that probably thousands of others have been scammed by these same people: Christine Bill/ Gary Honwin email and their numerous company names like Worterris, irrperb, pottabs, Zhixin trading co, and probably hundreds of other names, I wanted to write a post that explains how I got my refund from Paypal.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CALL PAYPAL AND DON’T STOP CALLING UNTIL YOU GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE. Be very clear that this is a scam and these people are criminals. The Paypal agent I spoke with changed my dispute in my favor and told me to file a claim on ic3.gov with the FBI. Once I did this and uploaded proof to paypal, they refunded my $66.94 for this stupid, piece of garbage chair I received.
DO NOT TRY TO CONTACT THE COMPANY THAT SCAMMED YOU. These people are violent criminals. I found a # to call them on one of the review sites and they gained access to my computer, hacking in to my accounts and it was terrifying. They will stop at nothing to scam everyone and the unfortunate thing is that FACEBOOK & PAYPAL are happy to support them in doing so. We must let Paypal know that it is unacceptable to side with a criminal company asking the scammed buyer to pay for shipping back to China for a product that we did not order.
