The contact information provided on their website is not reliable. Their email address and phone number do not work.
Also, the address they provided is fake. When we searched for it using Google Maps, it turned out to be a residential address.
Anonymous Owner:
We scanned their site on ScamDoc (a website analysis platform), and it returned a very bad trust score of 1%. This means that you cannot trust their site because their domain name carries no identifying information of the owner.
The absence of a real face to account for the operations of the store is a big red flag.
No Good Reviews:

“foicob is a scam. The website looks great. I bought a 200 lb couch for $500 using Paypal. Paypal sent a notice 3 days later that I received the “package” which was Fed Exed overnight in a 3lb package that I never received. How do you fit and overnight a 200 lb sofa in a 3lb package?! The phone is disconnected. Webchat states they are not answering the phone in the month of August. WHAT?! They do not respond to the support email site. The company address is a private home in Florida. The address of the person who generated the fed ex package was in brooklyn NY. The paypal payment was to another individual. Who by the way does not respond to emails.”
