What We Found about coitem.com!
- Their website uses https security – this means that information like passwords and credit card numbers, when sent to their site, is kept private.
- When we scanned their site on ScamDoc (a website analysis platform), it returned a very bad trust score of 2%. This means that their site can’t be trusted because no identifying information of the owner is tied to the domain name, and their creation date is very recent, so there is no past timeline through which we can measure their authenticity.

Coitem.com is an untrustworthy online store, like Shopyzaz, Scarfiv, Matastore, Theparisqueen, Fashinning, and, therefore, not recommended for use. If you buy from them, you stand the risk of losing your money but getting no product in return.
There are many untrustworthy online stores on the internet promising to sell top-notch products but at heavily discounted rates.
It is common to come across these e-commerce stores offering good looking products at appetizing prices. But, in the end, such stores usually turn out to be fraudulent.
Most people attracted by these “too good to be true” prices from these online stores have bought goods of their liking but received something different from what they had ordered, and of poor quality.
Worse, some have placed orders with full payment yet received nothing but silence from the online vendors. You do not have to become one of them to learn from their experience.

Buyers Beware
Don’t buy from Coitem.com. This site is indeed a elaborate scam. They use Fake Contact Information, Name, address, Wrong Tracking Information, Using PayPay, to receive funds, but
when calling PayPal they are not taking call due to Covid-19.
I purchased a Ring Floodlight on their site for $95 on July 2. 2020. The following day, I received Paypal email with their company logo, Receipt Number, Tracking Information and Merchant Name and email address. I searched the USPS tracking number and it was for an item that was delivered on June 25.
Same day, I called my bank to dispute and stop the transaction and they told me I need to wait until the transaction posted. A few days later I emailed the merchant asking for the tracking number and received a bounce back saying the e-mail address does not exist. I called my bank to dispute the change and they told me basically since I made the purchased they are not regulated to reimburse me and suggested I contact the Better Business Bureau. I reported the incident to Federal Trade Commission to investigate, but they could not guarantee I would get my money back.
This is an elaborate scam to delay and provide false tracking information, to redirect customers to Paypay to dispute the charge, but since they are not answering calls it’s a dead lead.
I checked the Better Business Bureau to look up Coitem. Website address is the identical as Indiana, but shows it’s located in Baltimore, MD
Lesson learned. I will only purchase from a retail store or popular online website using my Prime account.

I had a similar experience but used a credit card so I was able to dispute the charge. I had to open a case with my cc company and also paypal. My cc company said they whll credit the amount ($84 for me) to my account next billing cycle. They said if they hear from the company and stuff they may revoke the credit later but judging by all the fake information given I doubt they can contact them. Have you tried opening a case as well? Maybe that would help your bank credit you!
I concur with this sight being a scam. You mentioned the address. Well There is a same exact address for Baltimore, MD
I also typed in under search for furniture and said no item found. I typed in dresses. No item found
I ordered a swimming pool ladder & paid thru pay pal guest. I didn’t realize it was a jewelry, clothing site. I haven’t received any shipment info, no email reply & I have been communicating with Paypal.
